Data and information are at the heart of what Hadir does, and we take matters of data privacy seriously. We respect
our relationships with customers, clients, visitors, sponsors, exhibitors, contributors, suppliers and colleagues, and
the trust they place in us to hold their personal information.

Hadir Data Controllers
This Privacy Policy explains how the members of the Hadir Group collect, use and protect personal information across
our brands. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ are to the relevant Hadir Controller processing your personal
information.

The coverage
Hadir operates in Saudi Arabia, and follow Saudi data protection laws. This Privacy Policy applies to all
Hadir services which provided across the world except to the extent a country specific requirement supplements the
policy.

In this Privacy Policy, personal information refers to the types of personal information that may be collected and used,

• Visitors, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers at our events
• Professionals featured in digital and print products, such as senior executive details made available through
intelligence products, research, publications

We may collect this information directly from you when you register for an event or engage with our services and/or
platforms. We may also collect this information from third party partners and public sources to the extent permitted by
applicable data protection law. In some cases, the data we collect from third parties is provided in pseudonymised form
and we are only able to connect it to you, if, and when you enter your email address on one of the Hadir sites.

Sensitive personal information:
If collecting or storing sensitive personal information such as information relating to health, beliefs or political
affiliation, we will typically ask for your explicit consent. However, there are some limited situations where this will
not occur, such as if you have an accident. If this does occur, we will ensure your privacy rights are protected.

Children’s personal information:
Our services and products are directed at business professionals. They are not intended for children under the age of
sixteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users in this age group and reserve the right to delete
such information if we become aware of having collected it. If children’s data is collected, this is only via direct
input from parents, guardians or teachers, and its usage is protected by clear licence terms aligned to applicable laws.

This how we use the collected data:
Most of this information may be used by us to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and
provide you with information we think you will find valuable. Sensitive information such as your credit card details
will only be used for the purpose of processing payment and will not be used for any other purposes. We will not share
your details with any third party without your explicit permission, unless required by law enforcement action, or local
law. You expressly agree that we can share your details with third party service providers and sub-contractors retained
to perform functions or services on our behalf including but not limited to marketing and advertising: data processing
and other information technology and office services. The information you submit may be transferred, stored and hosted
outside of the country from which you may be accessing this website, and may be transferred to countries which do not
have data protection laws or to countries where your privacy and other fundamental rights will not be protected as
extensively. These and all other transmissions will remain secure and under our sole control. If we look to use your
personal data for a new purpose, beyond what it was originally provided for, we will ask for your explicit consent.

Data retention:
Your data may be held after the termination of your relationship with us for the purposes of improving our services
offered. We do not collect any additional information about you other than that outlined above.
All data collected during the event will be automatically deleted within 24 months from the date of the event. We are
not responsible for deleting the data that was shared to the event organizers or any of the service providers (see 'Who
personal information is shared with' for more information about who the data is shared with).

Disclosure and Visitor choice:
You may opt-out of event organizer services at any time.
Where we disclose your personal data with event organizer for those purposes
to help you regarding this , you can send an email to data@hadir.co
knowing that your data is subject to our policy and the event organizer’s policy once you accepted it upon registration.

Data Deletion/Erasure:
Users can request deletion/erasure of all personal data collected by contacting us via email data@hadir.co
We recognise the importance of protecting and managing personal information. Your personal information will be treated
with the utmost care and security This section sets out some of the security measures in place.

We use a variety of physical and technical measures to keep personal information safe and prevent unauthorised access to
,or use or disclosure of it. Electronic data and databases are stored on secure computer systems hosted inside Saudi
Arabia according National Cybersecurity Authority requirements with control over who
has access to information using both physical and electronic means. Our colleagues receive data protection training and
there is a set of detailed security and data protection policies which colleagues are required to follow when handling
personal information.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information will be kept secure from unauthorised access, we
cannot guarantee it will be secure during transmission by you to a website or other services, as we do not control that
transmission. We make use of HTTPS (HTTP Secure) whereby the communication protocol is encrypted via Transport Layer
Security (TLS) for secure communication over a computer network. The website is loaded via HTTPS, represented by the
lock icon in your web browser ensuring the transmission is secured with a certificate issued by an official security
certificate authority to the Hadir Controller operating it.

As a local company to provide you with our services and products, your information may be shared for specific

Sharing with our team members
We may share your personal information with our team members which they may assist in providing our products and
services, carry out internal analysis.

Sharing with Service Providers.
We may share your personal information with third parties who assist in providing our products and services and
administering our business. These include IT and marketing technology host suppliers, web and data hosting providers,
mailing houses, ad servers, logistics and general services contractors, debt collection agencies, onsite health and
safety partners, sales platform providers, communication tool providers, stand
designers/builders/fitters, suppliers of sponsorship/marketing/PR collateral and other event collaboration partners.
Personal information will only be shared with third parties if and to the extent it is necessary for them to provide our
products and services to you.

These data processors are bound to compliance through contracts in place that protect the personal information you have
shared with us.

Sharing with other Organisations
We may share your personal information with trusted partner organisations for their marketing purposes, in accordance
with local data protection laws and where required, with your permissions.

If you use one of our virtual products, such as a ex-spot or choose to allow
your badge to be scanned at an event, We may pass the information you provide to third parties. Generally, this will be
via a process whereby you, as the user, visit or interact with a third party, such as visiting a stand at an online
exhibition, having your badge scanned or clicking an asset branded and provided by a third party. In some instances, for
example, a product listing site, you may reach out directly to a supplier or exhibitor, who may contact you in return.
In other instances, our virtual products are sponsored and in these cases, the data provided will be given to the
sponsor. Generally, we will let you know at the time of collection if a product is sponsored.

We may share your personal information with clients and data providers in connection with the marketing services
referred to above, who are bound to process that data strictly in compliance with applicable law.

To reorganise or make changes to our business
If we are subject to negotiations for the sale of all or a part of our business to a third party, are sold to a third
party or undergo a re-organisation, we may need to transfer some or all of your personal information to the relevant
third party or its advisors as part of any due diligence process. Any information that is transferred to that
re-organised entity or third party will be used for the same purposes as set out in this policy, or for the purpose of
analysing any proposed sale or re-organisation.
